  • If you are a Patron or Friend and have any questions, please call the Patron/Friend Hotline at (212) 399-3040.
  • If you are not a Subscriber, Patron or Friend, you cannot manage your account online at this time.
WHAT EMAIL DO I USE TO LOGIN?

Please log in using the primary email on your account. This is the email address where you received your initial setup email. If you need help:

I’M A 30 UNDER 35 MEMBER, WHY CAN’T I LOG IN?

The My Account section is only for managing subscriptions and memberships. The 30 Under 35 program is managed by email, with tickets purchased individually for each production. To book tickets, refer to our recent 30 Under 35 emails for the promo code and booking link. If you’re not receiving emails, make sure you’ve added [email protected] to your safe sender list. If you have more questions, check the 30 Under 35 page.
