Our current hotline hours are Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
At both the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre and New York City Center, the Patron Lounge opens 45 minutes prior to curtain.
To change or cancel Patron tickets after the Patron Hotline is closed, please contact the following numbers:

Voicemails left on the Patron Hotline before the performance begins count as valid cancellations. If you are requesting an exchange, your call will be returned during regular office hours.
