ABOUT
Tony Award winner® Blair Brown (Copenhagen, “Orange Is the New Black”), Four-time Emmy Award® winner Edie Falco (“The Sopranos,” Frankie and Johnny…), and Tony nominee Marin Ireland (Reasons to Be Pretty) form a powerhouse trio of stars in this deeply felt, gorgeously imagined new play by Tony winner Simon Stephens (Heisenberg, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time).
In Greenwich Village a generation or so ago, the city is alive. Joni Mitchell sings, friends and lovers come and go, and the regulars change at the White Horse Tavern. As 50 years pass, one woman’s life is revealed in all its complexity, mystery and possibility in this enthralling world premiere about mothers and daughters, beginnings and endings in New York City. Directing is Lila Neugebauer (The Waverly Gallery).

Marin Ireland’s theatre credits include Blue Ridge, Reasons to be Pretty (Theatre World Award, Tony nomination), The Big Knife and After Miss Julie, both also on Broadway, Ironbound, Kill Floor, Blasted, Marie Antoinette, Summer and Smoke, Three Sisters, and Cyclone (Obie Award), among others.
Television and film work includes Light From Light, The Irishman, Sneaky Pete, Girls, Homeland, Masters of Sex, The Divide, The Slap, Sparrows Dance, The Family Fang, 28 Hotel Rooms, In the Radiant City, Hell or High Water, Glass Chin (Independent Spirit Award nomination), and Flint, in which she portrays activist Melissa Mays.
Edie Falco
EDIE FALCO became the only actress to have won the Emmy Award for Best Actress in both the drama and comedy categories upon receiving the award for her performance in “Nurse Jackie,” having previously won for her portrayal of Carmela Soprano in the groundbreaking series “The Sopranos.” Falco has been nominated for a record 22 SAG Awards, and became the only actress to ever receive the Emmy, the Golden Globe, and the SAG Award in the same year for the same performance. Onstage, Falco made her Broadway debut in the Tony Award winning play Sideman, and later starred in the acclaimed revival of Frankie and Johnny in the Claire de Lune and was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Actress for her performance opposite Ben Stiller in The House of Blue Leaves. Recently, Falco received rave reviews for her performance off-Broadway in The New Group’s critically acclaimed The True. Falco most recently delivered a powerful and groundbreaking performance as LA’s first female Chief of Police in the Amblin produced CBS show “Tommy,” and she was also nominated for an Emmy for her performance as Leslie Abramson in the NBC limited series The Menendez Murders. She also received acclaim for her work in the independent film Outside In as well as for her role in the Netflix feature, A Land of Steady Habits opposite Ben Mendelsohn. Upcoming, Falco will star in James Cameron’s next two Avatar sequels.

He has written English language versions of Jon Fosse’s I Am the Wind; Odon Von Horvath’s Kasimir and Karoline (titled The Funfair); Henrik Ibsen’s A Doll’s House; Anton Chekhov’s The Cherry Orchard and The Seagull and Bertolt Brecht and Kurt Weill’s Threepenny Opera.
